Frank Parks has been a licensed Realtor since 1994.  In 1999 he obtained his broker's license and opened Home Team Realty in 2002.  He has received numerous top producer awards locally and has been nationally recognized by Realtor Magazine as one of the top Realtors in the country.  Frank is a Delaware native and resides in Seaford with his wife Leigh Ann and two children, Zak and Hailey.  He is a past president of the Seaford Lion's Club and has served on the membership commitee for the Seaford Chamber of Commerce.  As an active member of St. John's UMC, Frank has served on the finance committee, as a Trustee and a youth group volunteer.  In 2010, Frank was elected to the Board of the Seaford School District where he has spent many years coaching and volunteering with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  He also serves on the board for Delmarva Teen Challenge.  Frank credits the success of Home Team Realty to his commitment to community service.  "Our Philosophy is that you get what you give"
